December Overview: Self Identity

Objective: To clearly define our individual and collective identity and its relation to organizational structure, protocol, and decorum

  • Goals:

  1. Provide bonding opportunities to encourage brotherly behavior among participants

  2. Establish Organizational Leadership through free and fair elections of KLL Officers

  3. Train KLL Officers/Members to conduct meetings independently using Robert’s Rules of Order

  • Key Actions:

    • KLL Bonding: Magnolia First Baptist Church, 1518 Cooper St, Memphis, TN     38114, December 11, 2022, @ 10:00 AM

    • All sustaining KLL members will receive a nomination link.  Nominations should be made by 12:00 PM, December 18th, 2022.

    • December 18th: KLL Meeting (Meeting Attire: White Shirt, Kappa League Tie, Khakis)

      • Elections: Members will be selected to fill the following positions by majority vote. (President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Third Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, Sergeant of Arms)

      • Robert’s Rules of Order Training
